SEM – Visa Application Form

The application form is the same as the Schengen visa application form.

Since August 3rd 2015, the Swiss Embassy in Antananarivo offers two new modules:

• Online request of the visa
• Online booking of the appointment

In fact, it will be possible to register your visa application online. The online-application also gives you the opportunity to book an appointment for your visit at the counter of the visa section in Antananarivo.

Please note that you will still need to come to this Embassy in person and that you are required to bring your complete application with the supporting documents to the visa desk for your interview, to pay the visa fee and to register your biometric data (finger prints).

Make sure that the visa application is printed out and signed before submitting the application at the Swiss Embassy.

The deadline for visa applications stays unchanged: The visa application must be submitted at least 15 days before the planned travel date and can be submitted three months before earliest.
