Outcomes (objectives) of the phase: - Monitor protection situation to ensure adequate intervention and advocacy. - Promote understanding of protection among government authorities & civil society. - Provide additional supervision and build capacity of national protection staff. - Develop workshops for counterparts and civil society on human rights, internal displacement and refugee law. - Provide advice on individual cases with specific needs together with other colleagues.
