The Agreement between Switzerland and Eurojust, the Judicial Cooperation Unit of the European Union (EU), expands international cooperation on combating serious crime.

The European judicial authority Eurojust coordinates investigations and prosecution procedures between member states and facilitates international legal assistance as well as the execution of extradition requests. In practice, Switzerland has been cooperating with Eurojust on a case-by-case basis for many years. This cooperation was placed on a legal basis with the bilateral agreement in 2008.
