Hintergrund | While the current humanitarian response covers the three north-eastern most-affected States in Nigeria, humanitarian access to over 80 per cent of Borno State is considered high or very high risk for humanitarian actors, which in turn limits access to vulnerable communities. To scale up humanitarian operations It is critical to create secure working conditions for humanitarian actors in line with guiding humanitarian principles. |
Ziele | Improve service delivery to beneficiaries in the conflict-affected areas through the establishment of humanitarian hubs. |
