Background The outbreak of the war on the 24.02.2022 had a disruptive impact on all levels with unknown prospect. Because of the conflict more than 15.7 million people are in need of humanitarian assistance, over 7.7 million people are internally displaced, and more than 5.7 million have left the country to take refuge elsewhere. This requires a fast and coordinated response of national and international actors in a highly volatile context. Military actions continue to be unpredictable, the access to affected population remains variable.
Objectives Alleviate the suffering and support the recovery of the conflict affected population of Ukraine.
Target groups Conflict affected population of Ukraine, in GCA and NGCA
