UNICEF Contribution to the OCHA Ukraine Flash Appeal 2022

Proyecto terminado

UNICEF estimates that 2.9 million children are in need due to the military attacks on Ukraine. SDC funding to UNICEF allows them to scale up their operations based on their activities from the past 8 years to adapt to the increased humanitarian needs especially of children. Among the rapidly multiplying humanitarian needs the most pressing are emergency medical services, critical medicines, health supplies and equipment, safe water for drinking and hygiene, and shelter and protection for those displaced from their homes.
