Facilitation de l'accès aux opérations humanitaires dans les zones de conflits en RDC

Les ONG en RDC opèrent dans un contexte complexe et volatile. Afin de réduire les défis liés à l’accès humanitaires elles ont besoin de services d'information, de coordination sécuritaire et de soutien administratif pour une meilleure gestion des risques. INSO, le Forum des ONG (FONGI) et le Conseil National de Fora des Organisations Humanitaires et de Développement (CONAFOHD) fourniront des services d’analyses, de conseils et plaidoyer permettant une meilleure mise en oeuvre des projets notamment ceux soutenus par la Suisse.


SUD, UNDP Strength. Resilience East SUD

UNDP’s Strengthening the Resilience of IDPS, Refugees and Vulnerable Host Communities in East Sudan (StRiDES) initiative aims to support approximately 160,000 individuals affected by the Sudan conflict in Kassala, Gedaref, and the Red Sea States, with a particular focus on women, youth, and children. With a budget of USD 8,541,346 over 24 months, it addresses immediate humanitarian needs while enhancing food security, livelihoods, and access to clean water and sustainable energy. Primarily funded by Switzerland and supplemented by contributions from Italy, Japan, and UNDP, the project integrates the Humanitarian-Development-Peace nexus to promote long-term resilience and regional stability.


Economic Policies for Inclusive Growth II

Switzerland  aims  to contribute  to  the  improvement  of  living  standards  in Mozambique  through  more  inclusive  economic  growth  policies,  by  strengthening  the  capacity  of  the Government  to design,  advocate  for  and  adopt  policies  and  practices,  and  promoting  productive  synergies between the government and academia. 


ALB: Enhancing public sector resilience against corruption

01.07.2025 - 31.12.2027

Albania's efforts to combat public sector corruption and align with  international asset management standards are accelerating, driven by the EU accession process. In partnership with Council of Europe and Basel Institute of Governance, the project will introduce inclusive approaches to strengthen resilience against corruption. It will enhance the country's prevention mechanisms - particularly at the local level and healthcare - and will promote the social reuse of seized assets from illegal activities. 


Nutrition in City Ecosystems (NICE) – Phase 2

NICE fosters healthy diets in the urban-rural continuum of up to ten secondary cities in Low- and Mid-dle-Income Countries. Implemented by a Swiss public-private consortium, it promotes inclusive food systems governance and increased demand for and supply of nutritious agroecologically produced food, to reduce poverty amongst vulnerable groups within local food systems. Phase 2 institutionalises in-country activities and scales up policies and learning at the national and global levels.


PIN - Aide d’urgence multisectorielle en RDC

L’est de la RDC fait face à des conflits récurrents, des épidémies et déplacements de la population. La Suisse participe à la réponse humanitaire dans les domaines de la santé, de la protection et du WASH en contribuant à un projet mis en oeuvre par le consortium People in Need et Médecins du Monde avec des financements complémentaires européens et américains en faveur des personnes retournées et familles hôtes vivant à Minova, dans le territoire de Kalehe.


CROPS4HD - Consumption of Resilient Orphan Crops & Products for Healthier Diets

The production, processing, marketing and sale of foods based on neglected and underutilised crop species links agroecological production to nutritional and health benefits for consumers, while offering market opportu-nities for farmers and contributing to the sustainable use of agrobiodiversity and climate change adaptation in several regions of Africa. This Swiss-led initiative is based on scientific evidence and Swiss expertise. It stands at the heart of the broader NUS4Africa initiative, which is funded by several European partners.


SSD: Peace Canal, Peace in Practice (PiP)

Switzerland contributes to the Peace in Practice project in the Warrap and Lakes States of South Sudan. The project is a community-led initiative to reduce intercommunal violence that is implemented by national NGOs Peace Canal and The Organisation for Children's Harmony (TOCH).  It aims  to strengthen  traditional governance,  to enhance protection, and  to promote shared livelihoods through empowering women and youth and rebuilding local peace structures.


South East Asia Climate and Clean Air Initiative (SEACAI)

Southeast Asia experiences very harmful periods of air pollution every year causing health, environment and economic damage. Switzerland, Germany and France are joining forces to tackle sources of air pollution and global warming together in Southeast Asia. The project will identify and scale innovative solutions for reducing air and climate pollutants and provide Swiss know-how and experiences on clean air to support joint action, with a special focus on the Lower Mekong region.  


Community Livelihood Enhancement and Resilience (CLEAR+)

Switzerland partners with the Lao Government and the World Bank to support communities most at risk from climate and economic shocks and promote sustainable rural development. The initiative builds climate-resilient infrastructure, promotes sustainable farming, and empowers communities to plan and manage local solutions. By directly supporting subsistence farmers, livelihoods and food security in some of Laos’ most disadvantaged districts will be strengthened.


Solution-oriented research for development programme (SOR4D)

New knowledge and innovative solutions are required to reduce poverty and address global challenges. The SOR4D programme supports partnerships between researchers in Switzerland and in the Global South and implementing partners to conduct transdisciplinary need-driven research to deliver, test and upscale evidence-based solutions at the local level. Building on Switzerland’s renowned innovation track-record, this innovative approach will impact poor and marginalized vulnerable populations.


IHI Support - Single Phase

Tanzania’s health sector faces critical challenges, compounded by limited access to reliable, locally generated data for evidence-based decision-making. Amid a shifting donor fiscal landscape impacting institutional resources, this initiative supports the 2023–2028 strategic plan of the Ifakara Health Institute (IHI), SDC’s strategic partner, by providing a single-phase support out of core contribution while safeguarding capacity and enabling sustainable, high-quality local research.
