The Permanent Mission of Switzerland to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the United Nations (UN) and other International Organizations based in Vienna is a centre of expertise for matters concerning Swiss security, peace promotion and human rights policies of Switzerland, prosperity, the rule of law, and sustainable development in the hub of international diplomacy.

In its interactions with these international organizations and institutes, the mission represents Swiss interests and positions with regard to implementing Swiss foreign policy. In addition, it ensures and coordinates communication between the Swiss authorities, the members of the Swiss parliament and the multilateral organizations in Vienna.
