Contexte

Today, still only 31% of population of Bosnia and Herzegovina have access to wastewater services, but at present 12 WWTP are in preparation or under construction in the country. In the city of Zenica, at the moment, approximately 75% of the urban population are already connected to the central sewage network. However, the municipal wastewater is discharged into the river Bosna without treatment and is additionally mixed with the industrial wastewater.
