Directorate for Resources
The Directorate for Resources ensures the availability and management of resources within the FDFA, helping senior management meet its objectives by ensuring the effective use of resources.
The DR acts as a centre of expertise providing services for the entire department and external network.
It is made up of three divisions – Finance, IT and HR – as well as Legal Services and the DR Staff Office. The Passport Office and Swiss Government Travel Centre (SGTC), which also fall under the DR, provide services for the entire Federal Administration.
Depending on their respective area of expertise, each of the DR's units represents the FDFA in interdepartmental working groups, supports FDFA senior management in its leadership tasks and provides assistance to all FDFA line managers.
