Finance Administration Officer (50%)
The Permanent Mission of Switzerland to the United Nations organisations in Rome is seeking a qualified Finance Administration Officer (50%)
Requirements:
- University Degree in Finance administration or related fields;
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in finance administration, or accounting;
- Proven experience in finance management or in a comparable function
- Fluent in English and Italian, good knowledge of French and/or German is an asset;
- Analytical skills, auditing experience is an asset;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent team player;
- Strong organisational skills, flexibility and willingness to adjust tasks depending on the needs of the team;
- Excellent skills in MS-excel and willingness to work with finance, accounting and administration tools;
- Relevant experience in working with organisations active in international cooperation is an asset.
Starting Date: 1st of January 2025 or upon mutual agreement
