Visa customers should book a time slot through Switzerland's online visa system. Please note: a time slot can only be booked if the visa application is filled in online at the same time.
Visa customers who prefer to fill in their application on paper only (rather than online) have to ask for an appointment by e-mail. Priority will be given to customers who fill in their visa application online.
Complete files according to the Embassy’s fact sheets, available in English and Azerbaijani languages, must be submitted. Incomplete files will not be accepted and returned. If the finger prints were captured less than 59 months ago and can be copied, applications may be submitted through a mandated third person with a simple Power of Attorney. An appointment is required. In case copying is not possible, the customer will be invited to come in person to the visa section so that the finger prints can be captured again.
Important notice:
