Customers who are in possession of an authorization to issue a visa given by a cantonal migration office can submit the passport without a prior appointment from Monday to Thursday from 08.30 to 09.30a.m. at the counter of the embassy to obtain the visa or to get information about the status of the application. Processing time for authorized visa: 1 business day. Return of passports is Monday to Thursday 14.00-14.30 p.m. and Friday 11.00-11.30 a.m.
