Purpose/Specific Objective of Phase 1: Skills based opportunities for sustainable income gen-eration for informal economy workers have improved: - 20’000 young people – 40% women – trained by 2014, and qualification certified; - 40 public and private training institutions able to pro-vide modern, competency based trainings; - Adequate employment support services established for job placement or to start in self-employment.
