The following documents are in general required when applying for an entry visa for work in Switzerland:
- authorisation issued by the cantonal authority (original or copy)
- MRP Passport and photocopy
- all previous passports
- a recent photograph
- visa fees
- 1 completed visa application form (Type D)
- Photocopy of work contract in Switzerland
