The Swiss Development Cooperation and Consular Office is Switzerland’s international development agency within the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA). The main tasks assigned to the holder of this position (Cambodian national) are:
- Safely and efficiently drive officials of the Swiss Development Cooperation and Consular Office for official missions within Phnom Penh and throughout Cambodia.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicles.
- Provide administrative support by managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Assist with logistical and administrative tasks related to the Swiss Cooperation Office and Consular Agency.
- Support various office duties, including gardening tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a proven record of excellent performance.
- Avalid and appropriate driving license.
- In-depth knowledge of Cambodia's road network, particularly in Phnom Penh, and a strong sense of direction.
- Good in both written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Good working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team in an office environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on service quality.
- Willingness to work beyond regular working hours (compensatory leave in accordance with Cambodian law).
- Minimum Education: Grade 12.
