Georgian Minister of Education and Science visits Switzerland

On 28-29 August, a Georgian delegation headed by the Vice Premier, Minister of Education and Science Alexandre Jejelava paid a working visit to Switzerland. The visit included official meetings with the Federal Councilor Johann N. Schneider-Ammann, the Head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research; Mauro Dell’Ambrogio, the State Secretary for Education, Research and Innovation and the Ambassador Manuel Sager, Director-General of SDC. The parties reviewed the intense cooperation in vocational education between Georgia and Switzerland and touched upon the future cooperation perspectives. The Georgian delegation also visited Swiss academic institutions specialized in agriculture.





Swiss-Georgian conference on VET
