- All persons traveling to Switzerland by plane must present valid proof of a negative PCR test that is no more than 72 hours old. The check about the negative PCR Test takes place before boarding the aircraft. Furthermore travelers from states and areas (List of countries and areas) with an increased risk of infection must in addition go into a 10-day quarantine.
- The quarantine can be shortened from the 7th day on by order of the cantonal authorities and after a negative test result.
- All people entering Switzerland are obliged to provide their contact details. This does not apply to people who travel to Switzerland in their private car from countries and areas without an increased risk of infection.
