Swiss Business Hub Germany

With the aim of promoting exports and investments more proactively, in 2001 Switzerland decided to upgrade the trade sections of selected embassies and consulates general around the world into Swiss Business Hubs. A network of 22 hubs exists today, providing Swiss companies with worldwide assistance in developing new potential for their international business and promoting Switzerland as a business location.

As an official entity of the Embassy of Switzerland, the Swiss Business Hub Germany (SBH) is responsible for implementing Swiss export strategies in Germany and for promoting Switzerland as a business location. With close relationships to Swiss business and academic stakeholders, the SBH can draw on selected networks in both Switzerland and Germany. A client-centred attitude and the flexibility to offer bespoke services uniquely position the SBH to meet and support a company’s business requirements.

An experienced team of trade advisors stands ready to support inquiries of all kind and serves as a first-hand local contact for companies – both new and experienced – in the German market. The Swiss Business Hubs' activities are supported by Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE), which has been officially commissioned by the Swiss government to promote exports and investments.
