Ukrainian Architecture Festival CANactions is attended by urbanists and architects from Ukraine and other European countries. The architects hold workshops, give lectures, share ideas and experiences and engage in discussions with a wider public and the media. Politicians and investors are offered the opportunity to get acquainted with contemporary trends in international architecture.
Switzerland is the main partner of the Ukrainian Architecture Festival CANactions. CANactions Festival has been held annually since 2008 in Kyiv and by now it has been the largest architecture-related event in Ukraine, namely:
- a place of EDUCATION of professional community and general public on the way to integration of the Ukrainian architecture into the world one
a movement towards MODERN ARCHITECTURE
a field of IDEAS exchange
RESILIENCE is the capacity to adapt to changing conditions and regain functionality after disturbance. Through resilience we can maintain livable conditions for individuals, households and communities after natural disasters, power crises or social conflicts.
