Programme Culture et développement en Suisse: Soutien de la DDC aux festivals de cinéma 2023-2026

Film is a cultural expression that sparks debate in societies and therefore contributes to Switzerland’s goals in its partner countries. SDC supports film festivals in order to strengthen film industry in the South and the East. The SDC contribution allows the film festivals Fribourg, Visions du Réel and Winterthur to invest in the exploration of film landscapes, to provide filmmakers with access to professional networks and to learn from each other. It also gives them more visibility in Switzerland, internationally and in their countries of origin.
