Discover Kyiv through the eyes of the Swiss multi-media artist Catherine Gfeller who portrays Kyiv as a dynamic city in transition. With a mix of videos, audio recordings, texts and slogans, the artist reflects on this gigantic European metropolis. The project is supported by interviews held with Ukrainian interlocutors, such as the famous writers Andriy Kurkov, Oksana Zabuzhko and Irina Tsilyk who share their vision of Kyiv. Also join us for the opening on 23 March, where you will have a chance to meet the artist and to enjoy a fascinating panel discussion entitled “Kyiv – City of Change”. Artists, experts, as well as representatives from the government and civil society will discuss the future of Kyiv as a European city. Take part in this visionary journey throughout the Museum! • 23 March 18:00: Opening in the presence of the artist.
