The Swiss Embassy in Harare has received reports of increased military and security forces activity in the capital, Harare. Due to the uncertain political situation in Harare we recommend Swiss citizens currently in Harare to remain in a safe location until the situation becomes clearer. Outside of Harare we advise against all but essential travel. Exercise extreme caution and monitor the media. Follow the instructions of the local authorities.
