The overall goal is to establish and support a lean but active Secretariat at the Swiss Tropical Institute that will facilitate the mobilization and work of a number of key members of the malaria community to develop and provide strategic advice on scaling up malaria vector control for National Malaria Control Programme Managers to develop effective national malaria control and elimination strategies and successful funding proposals.
