Voting rights: manual notification system

Changes to voting rights can be communicated either electronically (electronic interface) or by email (by downloading the change in PDF format after entering the relevant username and password).

All electoral registers switched to the manual notification system on 31 December 2022. Changes are communicated electronically via a link in an email generated by the eVERA application. After entering the relevant username and password, the units responsible for maintaining the electoral registers can download the corresponding change in PDF format and update their data manually. This manual system applies for all electoral registers until the electronic interface is introduced.
