The dancer Jozsef Trefeli, an Australian with Hungarian roots, living in Geneva since 1996, is on tour in Norway at the end of october, together with the Hungarian dancer Gabor Varga, living in Paris. In the performance named “Jinx 103”, the two dancers explore their Hungarian roots. They unite in similar dancing techniques, which they have learned in different parts of the world. The performance called “Creature” aims at reinventing traditional Hungarian folklore dancing in order to make it more applicable for today’s audience.
