Priority Areas:
- Projects involving vulnerable groups (e.g., poor communities, elderly, disabled individuals, homeless children, single mothers, etc.)
- Initiatives focused on raising awareness about environmental issues and promoting sustainable solutions.
- Projects stimulating creativity, free thought, and community action, participation and social cohesion in the best interest of Vietnam.
What We Offer:
- Average contribution: 200.000.000VND to 400.000.000VND (one-time assistance).
- Support for concrete projects with visible impact.
- Project duration from 7 to 10 months and the project should be concluded in 2024
How to Apply: Send your application by 20th March 2024 to hanoi@eda.admin.ch, including:
- Brief project description (objectives, target groups, location, duration, planned activities, and expected impact).
- Detailed project budget (specifying the amount required from the Embassy, along with information on other sources of funding).
- Background information on your organization (foundation, mission, main sources of funding, completed projects, references, etc.).
Important Dates:
- Payments made in two installments.
- First installment upon contract signing.
- Second and last installment upon receipt of the final project report and closing financial statements (latest by November 30th).
Note:
- No support for activities like infrastructure construction, purchase of computers/vehicles, study tours abroad, scholarships, or charity events.
- This one-time contribution cannot be used for financing running costs incurred by the applicant or other involved parties.
- INGOs receiving funds from other Swiss governmental agencies are not eligible.
