Diese basiert auf langfristigen Partnerschaften mit lokalen Institutionen und dem mehrjährigen Austausch von Einsatzleistenden im Freiwilligenstatus. Ziele sind in erster Linie Empowerment und Capacity Development (individuelle Kompetenzerweiterung, Organisationsentwicklung, Vernetzung, Systementwicklung) der Partner und Zielgruppen. Damit wird ein Beitrag zur Erreichung der Milleniumsziele geleistet (Bekämpfung von Armut und ökologische Nachhaltigkeit).
