The magazine for the Swiss Abroad appears six times a year and provides information about what is happening at home and the activities of Swiss associations abroad. It also answers administrative questions.

Within the Culture for Democracy Project cultural actors will be provided with resources to unleash their potential for triggering critical and creative thinking around topics of immediate relevance for their communities. Thus far, 40 initiatives have been supported with this project mechanism.

This open call refers to Grants for Artistic Expressions providing support for the implementation of cultural and artistic projects and activities which are both relevant for the development of society, as well as for diversifying practices and expressions of the independent artistic and cultural sector.

Deadline for application submission is December 1^st, 2023 at 5pm. Completed project proposal forms can be submitted through the Heartefact online application system. The Culture for Democracy Project aims at supporting the independent cultural sector in Serbia to contribute to improved social cohesion and tolerance at the local level. Supported by the Government of Switzerland with the value of EUR 1’945’000, the first project phase lasts from October 2021 until February 2025, and is implemented by Heartefact Fund.
