Assistant to Consular Section
The main objective of the position is to assist the Consular section in all administrative and secretarial tasks. The assistant works in close collaboration with the responsible of this section.
Responsibilities consular works:
- Counter services in the Consular section in Thai, English and German
Handling of cases in regard of civil status matter, certificates and other consular works
official correspondence (Thai, German & English)
documentation and data management (for registration of Swiss citizens)
University degree, with minimum of two years work experience in an administrative or similar position
Thai language (mother tongue) with excellent written skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English, correspondence in Thai, German and English.
Computer literate, Microsoft Office package.
Sound knowledge of routine administrative management tasks
Conscientiousness and efficiency in meeting commitments and achieving results. Open-mindedness and inter-cultural competence. Integrates with hands-on readiness in a multi-tasking team in a multi-lingual environment.
Ability to work under pressure, keep an overview of complex cases, prioritize tasks and deal with persons in an emergency.
