Assitant to visa section - Embassy of Switzerland in Bangkok
Responsibilities visa section:
- Customer Service at visa counter & telephone
- Checking application files based on internal instructions
- Registration entry of visa fees
- Registration of visa applications
- Regular filing of visa applications
- Leading interviews
Personal Competencies: Conscientiousness and efficiency in meeting commitments and achieving results. Open-mindedness and inter-cultural competence. Integrates with hands-on readiness in a small multi-tasking team in a multi-lingual environment.
Education: Administrative education
Work Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in administrative position.
Languages: Thai (mother tongue), English (very good spoken and written), French or German or Italian (good general knowledge)
Other Skills: High standard of secretarial and typing skills (both Latin and Thai alphabet). Good knowledge of standard computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is required
