The project is in line with the Swiss Medium Term Plan (SMTP) 2010 – 2012 and its overall goal to contribute to human security and the formulated aim to contribute to internationally concerted  essential relief and rehabilitation efforts. In accordance with SMTP’s strategic outcome in the durable rehabilitation sector, the project contributes significantly that living conditions  of returned and returning population  in the North and East are imprroved and that livelihood perspectives  and the housing situation are enhanced.
