The Leave No One Behind, LNOB, project concluding phase consolidates local partners’ capacities to sustain and use LNOB-supported systems, while advancing policy, financial, and operational frameworks for expanding social service delivery across the country.

Based in Geneva, the Global Fund is the largest multilateral provider of global health grants in low- and middle-income countries. It aims to fight AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, and has saved 65 million lives since 2002, reducing the combined mortality of these three diseases by 61%. Amid global crises and severe cuts to global health funding, renewed international support is vital to protect these gains, foster innovation, and strengthen health security.
Improved Service Delivery for Citizens in Cambodia Phase II (ISD II)

With Swiss added value on democratic governance, the project will support local governments in Cambodia to become more responsive and accountable to their citizens. In four provinces, 18 local administrations will improve essential services such as water and waste management, public services administration and social accountability. By strengthening citizen participation, digital tools, and climate-smart planning, the project contributes to more transparent and efficient local governance.
Emergency Response for Palestinian Medical Evacuees and their Companions, single phase

Since the escalation of the Gaza conflict on October 7, 2023, Egypt has served as a vital humanitarian corridor, receiving over 8,000 injured Palestinians and 16,000 accompanying family members. All medical evacuees and their companions remain in Egypt, unable to return to Gaza due to ongoing insecurity and access restrictions. As medical evacuations continue, pressure on Egypt’s health system continue. The project strengthens access to specialized healthcare, mental health and psychosocial support, and cash assistance.
Energy and Environment Partnership Africa Trust Fund

Switzerland supports the Energy and Environment Partnership Africa Trust Fund to advance clean energy solutions in Zimbabwe. The project provides grants, business development support and investment facilitation to innovative private-sector actors that deliver clean energy services to vulnerable communities. This aligns with Switzerland’s interest to support climate change mitigation and inclusive economic development in Zimbabwe.

L'accès à l'eau potable dans le Wadi Fira et l'Ennedi Est est très limité pour les réfugiés soudanais et les communautés hôtes, qui souffrent de pénuries et d'infrastructures insufissantes. Cette situation aggrave les risques sanitaires et les tensions autour des ressources. Le projet vise à améliorer durablement l'accès à l'eau potable, à l'assainissement et à l'hygiène pour les populations réfugiées et hôtes, à travers des actions d'urgence, de réhabilitation et de gestion communautaire, afin de garantir des services essentiels.

In Tanzania, about 43.5% of people live on less than USD 2.15 per day, and 8% live in extreme poverty. Switzerland, together with the World Bank and other partners, is working with the Government of Tanzania to build a stable and financially sustainable social protection system. The programme assists 575,000 poor households with cash transfers, temporary jobs in climate-smart projects, and training with small business grants, thus reducing extreme poverty and improving livelihoods.

Le Mali figure parmi les cinq pays d’Afrique les plus exposés aux incidents liés aux engins explosifs De janvier à juillet 2025, OCHA a recensé 216 incidents, entravant gravement l’acheminement de l’aide humanitaire, surtout au centre et au nord. Les femmes, les enfants et les personnes déplacées en sont les premières victimes. Face à cette menace croissante, l’appui de la Suisse vise à renforcer la résilience communautaire par une réponse coordonnée, inclusive et durable.
SSD, Nonviolent Peaceforce (NP): Community-based Protection and Peacebuilding

The intervention strengthens protection of civilians and civic space in South Sudan by empowering human rights defenders, journalists, and community protection teams to prevent violence and defend fundamental freedoms. Its focus is on skills building, direct protection, and coordinated advocacy. By progressively localising capacities and reinforcing national networks, the project, implemented by Nonviolent Peaceforce, pursues sustainability and contributes to peace and resilience in a fragile and volatile context.
IFRC Balkan Migration Route

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies provides humanitarian assistance and protection to highly vulnerable migrants along the Balkan route. It also enables national Red Cross societies to advocate with the national governments about their responsibilities and the need for migration governance frameworks aligned with international standards. The programme thus contributes to the protection of the human rights of migrants along the Balkan route.
Global: IFRC, Nature-based Solutions in humanitarian contexts
