Important information about new Schengen visa procedure

As of September 3, 2018 Schengen visa applications for Switzerland, France, Austria and the Benelux must be submitted at the local outsourcing agency TLScontact. The applications will then be transferred to the Embassy of Switzerland for decision. The visa applicants may file a visa application online and fix an appointment on the TLScontact webpage

On the occasion of the visit to Kosovo of the Deputy State Secretary of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, Krystyna Marty Lang, Switzerland launched the Cooperation Strategy Kosovo 2017-2020 on February 21, 2018, in a ceremony gathering national and international partners. The year 2018 marks 20 years of cooperation and 10 years of diplomatic relations between Switzerland and Kosovo.
