Switzerland welcomes the Government’s readiness to effectively address complaints of discrimination and provide legal support to alleged victims. If used effectively, this mechanism will contribute to breaking the vicious cycle of distrust between these communities and the authorities, reduce discriminations and, ultimately, improve both the inclusiveness and cohesiveness of the Kosovar society.
