Visa Liberalization for Kosovo from the 01.01.2024!

Starting from the 01.01.2024 citizens of Kosovo can travel without a visa to the Schengen area (incl. Switzerland) for short-term stays of up to 90 days within a period of 180 days.

Attention: the visa obligation remains, if you intend to work or stay longer than 90 days

SIS is a database containing information on stolen or lost objects and on people being subject of an entry ban for a particular country, among other things. If you wish to know whether you are registered in the SIS database or if you would like to change or delete the registered data, you can submit an application directly under the following link:
