5000 small-scale farming families and communities in Romania in 5 pilot areas |
Aktivitäten | 5 pilot areas were being selected and threats assessed. An interest group was being established and policy inputs to improve the support of HNV systems have been given. To improve capacity of key persons, a needs-based training curricula has been designed, targeted on individual farmers and on farmer associations. Training courses and workshops for HNV farmers have been implemented. Further, the project set up a national HNV Information Network for HNV farmers. To improve markets for HNV products and farmers incomes, the failures/bottlenecks affecting the access to markets for Romania’s HNV farmers have been analysed. Based on this analysis, an improved marketing strategy and tools have been developed. |
