The objectives of the project are: (i) Promotion of human rights: To enhance awareness raising initiatives on various human rights topics. (ii) Monitoring of human rights: To assess the human rights situation and highlight the priorities in terms of protection and promotion of human rights. (iii) Protection of human rights: To effectively deal with human rights complaints and protection of everyone’s basic human rights. (iv) Building AIHRC’s capacity: To promote a well- functioning national human rights commission.
