Switzerland has good relations with St. Kitts and Nevis, although not very intense. The country runs a consulate, which is managed by an honorary consul, in Geneva.

Key aspects of diplomatic relations
The Embassy in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) represents the interests of Switzerland in St. Kitts and Nevis since 2007. Since Mai 2011, all consular tasks are treated by the Regional Consular Centre in Santo Domingo.
There are no agreements between Switzerland and St Kitts and Nevis. Switzerland recommended in the universal periodic review (UPR) for St Kitts and Nevis that it place an immediate moratorium on the death penalty with a view to its overall abolition.
The two most important areas of economic activity are tourism and financial services. Trade between the two countries is very limited.

Scholars and artists from St. Kitts and Nevis can apply to the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) for Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships.

At the end of 2015, there were 13 Swiss living in St. Kitts and Nevis.

The two-island state of St Kitts and Nevis in the West Indies (Lesser Antilles) has been independent since 1983 and diplomatic relations with Switzerland have existed since 1992.
